Q If you can’t do a full lotus, do half lotus and hold your arms around your legs. Alternatively, cross your legs and hold your ankles with your arms around your legs.

From Garbha Pindusana, inhale and roll forward onto your hands. Balance in this position for live breaths. Exhale, release the pose and stretch out your legs before going into a vinyasa.
